I recently visited and tried the Sunbelt dish, which was very good. It seems like they may have a new chef because it was the best meal I've had there in the last 10 years. The salsa was spicier and thicker than before, which was a pleasant surprise. I was impressed and satisfied with my meal.
You can park on the street or in the private parking lot on the side street. Just make sure to park in the correct spot to avoid any issues.
