The gym offers an expansive workout floor with a large turf training area, high-energy group fitness classes, a fun-filled Kid's Club, a Women's Workout Area, restrooms, showers, changing rooms, lockers, saunas, lounge areas, complimentary WiFi, a ProShop, and more.
Children between the ages of 3-11 can enjoy the Kid's Club, which includes a large group play area with a mini movie theater, tablet stations, and a homework/craft area, all staffed by friendly attendants.
The gym is equipped with top-notch cardio and weight machines, a broad selection of free weights, multiple deadlift platforms, squat racks, and a turf training area with tire flips, battle ropes, and plyometric boxes.
Women can enjoy a private workout floor in the Women's Workout Area, equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and weight machines, as well as a wide selection of free weights.
